blackBoss Encounter

Here’s a quick recap of the Boss encounters you faced during this level:

Maximus

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Walkthrough Maximus boss fight

True to form, Maximus is attempting to steal his brother’s throne. In this case, he has literally stolen it and turned it into a giant fighting mech. Use Medusa’s hair to pull at the mech’s legs, rendering Maximus vulnerable for a limited amount of time. Once you have done this twice, he’ll put a shield up that needs to be taken down using the switches on either side of the main walkway. This allows you to defeat the mech, but Maximus has more tricks up his sleeve. He encases himself in a protective bubble to continue the fight. Unfortunately he didn’t fully think this through, since his brother can easily tear the bubble apart using his massive voice. Let loose one solid scream and the next sound you utter will be one of victory!

What do you mean by far right hand corner near acrobat wall

  • ThatOneGuy

    Nevermind

So basically if you miss the last one you have to redo the whole level. That’s not F!@#$ing annoying at all!

    • Mr Cat

Yeah, they put a couple of very annoying minikits in this game. The airplane one in the Hydra level was a total PITA

      • Rob Morris

2 blink and you’re done minikits. Races that basically shut you down if you slip for half a second. Vehicles that operate worse than just using the characters. 3 – THREE! – Mind control jumping games. Repetitive dialogue that makes you wish new dialogue was available as DLC. The word sadists comes to mind.

TT – for Marvel and DC – get rid of the vehicles – forever.
