Some Year 1 Dimensions Packs Being Retired

All good things must come to an end, including some of the great Year 1 Lego Dimensions Sets now being retired by LEGO. It’s been recently discovered by the community that six of the original Lego Dimensions sets have now been marked as retired on LEGO’s official store front page.

The six packs to be officially retired by LEGO are:

  • Scooby Doo Team Pack
  • Jurassic Park Team Pack
  • Wonder Woman Fun Pack
  • Krusty Fun Pack
  • Zane Fun Pack

Take note that these are all from the early waves of Lego Dimensions and were released over a year ago. Retired in the case of the LEGO store means that no more of the packs will be produced at this time and the LEGO store is officially out of stock. Expect to see most of Year 1 stuff become “retired” as it runs out of stock on the official LEGO page.

This isn’t anything to worry about! We promise! Remember that while this game is being presented as a 3 year long project, it still has production limitations and can only stay on the shelf for so long. These packs aren’t being branded as “discontinued” which would mean they’d never see the light of day again, instead LEGO has just “retired” them.

The good news is that the fun packs that are being retired are still available at many locations for great prices including Five Below. Keep a close eye out on eBay, Craigslist, and on the shelves of your favorite stores. Check out our Deals page to keep up to date on great prices on the packs your still missing!
